What would I do if I came to Uganda?

We take skilled and unskilled workers people have come and painted classrooms, dug the ground, played with the children, sometimes just being there is enough to speak volumes to people, don’t worry we will always find something for you to do.

How old do I need to be?

At present we can only take people who are over 18 years old the only exception is if an adult comes and is willing to take responsibility for the person.

Is it safe to go to Uganda?

Uganda has had it’s fair share of problems in the past, we are confident we are able to keep people safe, although people do travel at they’re own risk.

How much does it cost?

If you ring our main office we can send you an estimate of what it would cost you.

Can I speak to anyone who has previously visited with you?

Yes, if you email us we can put you in touch with people who have visited Uganda with House of Joy before.

How much of my donation goes to this project?

100% of money donated goes to the project at house of joy Uganda.
